Question: How long do we need to get screen printing or embriodery done.

Answer: We ask for 2 weeks for printing, depending on the embroidery it also can be done quickly. Sometimes we can turn your job around as quick as next day. We NEVER charge rush fees, either we can do it or we can't.

Question: What is a Digitizing Fee ?

Answer: It is a fee charge to pay (labor fee) for the time required to punch your logo so the computer will know how to sew your logo correctly,normal time will vary from logo to logo, average left chest logo can take 2 hours. This is a one time fee.

Question: What are Art Charges ?

Answer: Art charges again are a fee (labor fee) to pay someone to seperate your art or recreate it to meet your needs. this also is a one time fee.

Question: What are screen fees

Answer: Each time you request printing we must Re-Burn the screens even if we are using the same art as a earlier job. We also offer our customers the option to buy thier screens if they plan on re-ordering on a regular basis. this will save money on the third run (print job).
